Publication conditions

The editorial office is temporarily not accepting submissions due to the ongoing re-registration of the journal as a professional publication in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 19, 2026, No. 56, “On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine” (registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2026, No. 129/45523). Submissions will resume upon the approval of the updated List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.

DOWNLOAD INFORMATION LETTER

To publish an article in "South Ukrainian Art Studios" № 2, 2026, it is necessary to take such steps until March 31, 2026, inclusively:

▶ Fill in an application;

▶ Send the article, designed in accordance with the specified requirements, and a copy of the receipt of the the publication fee payment to artstudies.pdpu@gmail.com.

Payment details of the publication fee are provided after receiving confirmation of  the article's acceptance for publication.

Academic integrity

The editors of the collection carry out an internal anonymous review of articles and a check for the presence of plagiarism. Articles in the publication are checked for plagiarism using Strike Plagiarism.com software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

Publication contribution

The cost of publication is UAH 1100 (for 12 pages). Each additional page is charged at UAH 40. If desired, the author can order a printed copy. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.

The author sends confirmation of the payment (scanned receipt or its photo) in electronic form to the above e-mail.

The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.

The electronic version of the journal will be posted on the website before May 30, 2026.

The printed version of the journal will be sent to authors of articles who order a printed copy before June 30, 2026.
