This article analyzes contemporary trends in the Ukrainian composer school, particularly the integration of technologies, reinterpretation of national musical heritage, international collaborations, and experimentation with unconventional instruments. The author emphasizes the interconnection between tradition and innovation in the works of Ukrainian composers, who blend folk motifs with modern musical techniques, thereby preserving cultural identity in the process of globalization. The article also examines the use of electroacoustic tools and algorithmic methods in musical art. Special attention is given to the project “Ukrainian Electroacoustic Dimension,” which demonstrates the synthesis of an academic approach and electronic music. Furthermore, the study highlights the activities of composers who utilize multimedia technologies and innovative sound production methods, creating unique acoustic spaces and new forms of sound.Additionally, the article explores the collaboration of Ukrainian composers with international musicians and orchestras, which facilitates the integration of Ukrainian music into the global cultural space. Examples of creative interactions between Ukrainian artists and European festivals and ensembles are presented, revealing new opportunities for the development of national musical art and contributing to its international recognition. The study also addresses the trend of reinterpreting national musical heritage, as seen in the works of Valentyna Honcharova, the band DakhaBrakha, and other artists who adapt folk motifs to contemporary sound, combining them with experimental approaches that provide traditional music with new meaning and depth.A special emphasis is placed on the use of unconventional instruments and sounds in modern music. The article analyzes the experience of Roman Hryhoriv, Illia Razumeiko, and Kira Maidenberg-Todorova, who experiment with unusual sound effects and symbolism in their works. A key aspect is the incorporation of unique timbral solutions, allowing composers to create original compositions that push the boundaries of musical art and open new horizons for contemporary academic and electronic music.
