Folklore origins of modern pop vocal synthesis of traditions and pop music

Abstract

Vocal art of Ukraine is an important component of national culture, which forms identity and contributes to the preservation of musical traditions. In the conditions of globalization and technological development, changes are observed in the repertoire of singers and the style of performing vocal works, which requires scientific analysis. Despite the existence of research aimed at studying vocal traditions, the issue of the influence of modern socio-cultural processes on this art form remains insufficiently studied. The aim of the article is to analyze the transformation processes of vocal pop art in Ukraine, to identify the main trends in its development and the impact of global cultural and technological changes on performance.The study used a comprehensive approach, including comparative analysis, historical and cultural method, content analysis of musical works. An interdisciplinary approach was used to assess the interaction of traditional vocal art with modern musical styles and digital technologies. The study identified several key trends in the development of Ukrainian vocal and choral art, which reflect modern socio-cultural and technological transformations. First of all, there is a growing role of digital technologies in vocal and pop performance. The use of multimedia tools, electronic sound processing, virtual vocal studios and distance learning software allows performers to expand their creative possibilities. Digitalization contributes not only to simplifying the educational process, but also to the creation of new formats of vocal and pop art, such as online concerts, virtual vocal and choral ensembles, and interactive projects. Another trend is the active integration of Ukrainian vocal and pop art into the international cultural space. Ukrainian pop singers, bands and ensembles are increasingly participating in international festivals, competitions and joint projects with foreign performers, which contributes to the popularization of national music and the exchange of performing experience. The results obtained can be used for further research into the impact of digitalization on the development of vocal art, the creation of innovative programs for the training of pop singers and the preservation of the national musical heritage in the face of cultural transformations.
